There's just no getting around the truth. Yes, I am a pit bull mix. But not all of us are killers or need to be feared. Life has been really hard enough so far. I just want what every dog really wants - to be loved and have a home of my own. I try very hard to blend in here at the sanctuary. I came here several months ago with my puppies. We had been picked up by the 'pound police'; they marked us for death just three days later. No one wanted us. Then Perry came and saw us and said he'd find us homes. All my babies have new homes. I've been waiting patiently but still no one has asked to adopt me. I've filled out a bit since weaning my puppies and being spayed. I am a solid 75 pounds and super strong. Please have a fenced yard for me while I learn the boundaries of my new home. I can be aggressive toward cats so it's best not to have any. But I am a loving, happy lady, who is extremely loyal and loves to have my belly rubbed too. Don't you have room at your house for me? Can't I please come home with you, forever?
