In the event of lost and found pet submission notices and pet adoption requests, the customer, by clicking the Submit button, authorizes us to share the information provided through the online form with other organizations for the purpose of finding the lost/found pet's guardian or to request a pet adoption. When contact information is required, we have the option of denying service if such contact information is not provided.
